PAYMENT PROCESS
Once you have purchased a package, you will have to wait between 5-15 minutes to receive it on the server, however if the purchased package has not arrived open a ticket on our Discord!
However, it is possible that your account has been debited and the rank has not been activated. This is because the entity that manages the payment has not yet confirmed the transaction and will do so in the next few hours.
If after 24 hours from your purchase you have NOT received your rewards, please contact our staff through a ticket in Discord.
